I just called the TV station VIVA in Cologne, Germany. They told me that Prince is indeed there but he is only giving an interview and there won't be any performances. The interview "is not going to be broadcasted today at "INTERAKTIV"! The date is not known yet."
These were the words of the woman I've talked to.
