Just caught the beginning of The Big Breakfast (Channel 4, UK) this morning (19th Nov). During the start of the show they spent a couple of minutes discussing Prince (as they called him). The (I think) floor manager was working on Top of The Pops yesterday and said Prince recorded two tracks. One live (Baby Knows, presumably) and one other (not live?). The FM's lasting memory seemed to be that Prince has very skinny legs. Johnny Vaughn said he thought Prince would have played 1999 for the Xmas special but he's probably sick of it by now. Lisa Tarbuck said "Well, _he_ wrote it!". They seemed quite positive, but no mention of the new album (and no snide name comments which I was expecting).
