S4OA closes; prince.org takes up slack The valuable fan information and advocacy site, Stand4OneAnother, closed today, with the following e-mailed notice:
***Stand4OneAnother is Closed*** Stand4OneAnother has made the decision to close its website. We have enjoyed our short-lived time on the Internet and hope that we were able to shed a little light on issues that webmasters face today. Thank you for the friendships and encouragement. It was appreciated. Our past efforts are not disappearing. We have turned over most of our resources and information to Prince.org. We feel confident that Ben and Kev will do the community justice by continuing to help. Indeed, prince.org is aiming to take up the void left behind from this great site. We've incorporated many of the s4oa materials into our "fan lawsuit resource center" page, at http://www.prince.org/lawsuits/. This section of the site was conceived after s4oa expressed in private their potential closure plans a few days prior. We regret to see s4oa go, but will do our best to continue the projects they had started. | |
