Bataclan review 4

BATACLAN November 16th 1999 ! What a show !

I've been listening to Prince since the 1999 album that I
discovered as I visited the States in 1983.

As we are now in 1999, I must tell I had a great 16
years-listening anniversary yesterdy night.

After waiting almost 4 hours outside the BATACLAN and being
pushed by all the fans, I entered the club at about 1.30 am.
The show began at 2.30/2.45 if I well remember (I'm still
in my dreams, only slept 1 hour last night) and ended at
5.15 a.m.

Prince was in very good moods, apparently very happy and he
smiled most of the time. The performance was (to me)
exceptionnaly fantastic even if the keyboards and the
samplers had technical problems.

The show was a kind of representation of Larry Graham's
(was on stage) period (People Everyday.....) and jams of
the 70's (Woodstock as Prince said), no title of the new
album who was only played before the beginning of the show.
The Jam, Gett Off and Kiss with people from the audience
dancing on stage.

Apparently this peformance was very different to the one
in London, but it is still fantastic to see and hear
PRINCE that near !!! It's always amazing !

SEE OTHER CRAZY FANS FOR EXACT PLAYING LIST.

PEACE AND B WILD !
