Might be old news but.....
While watching a 1995 repeat of the Excellently funny UK comedy 'The Fast Show' I was amazed and amused when one of the sketches had an old fashioned 1940's type singer (George Formby) with a bango on stage (Black and white with crackly bits on the screen) He then proceeded to sing a line from Gett off which was histerical. Then 3 more quick sketches followed during the show, featuring lines from cream, darlin nikki and sexy m.f. Well worth seeing, and timely too, what with the Rave promotion in the UK.
