Always one for experimentation with self-expression, the Artist formerly
known as (you know the rest) is ready (finally) to release his first
major label recording in over 3 years.



The new album, Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic, enlists the aid of many
musical heavyweights, as the Artist tries to re-enter the musical arena.
Sheryl Crow, Chuck D, Ani DiFranco (The Artist returns the favour and
guests on Ani's soon to be released album "To The Teeth" as well), No
Doubt and Jazz saxophonist Maceo Parker all make guest appearances.



The first single, "The Greatest Romance Ever Sold" shows Pr..uh, sorry,
the Artist delivering solid funk material, with his personal brand of wit
and soul. "Die-Hards" will want to pay attention for the four-second
moment of silence added to the end of the song, as it is meant to serve
as a tribute to Jazz trumpet legend, Miles Davis.
