Star Trib complains about ticket prices

Equally fishy is the lack of answers to how much Prince will charge for his two shows at the Orpheum on June 21 and 26, on sale at 2 p.m. Saturday. At press time, prices from $85 to $125 were being weighed.

Obviously, compared to other ONA shows, this is standard.
I would be pissed, however, that I would not be able to get prime seats for $125 since all the Xenobphobia passholders will be taking up the best seats (I imagine).

And that includes me!

But still, he's not forcing anyone to attend.
IT's a small venue, so fork up the cash if you want to.
If it breaks when it bends, you better not put it in.

Correct. Doesn't make it right.

If Prince really cares about his fans, why are his CDs more expensive than other artists' (even if the middle man is eliminated), and his concerts ridiculously expensive? Can you say greed? Can you say "compensating for sellign less"?

Bart, if you really hate Prince so much, quit following his every move! I can't stand Eminem, but I don't waste all my time following news stories about him, posting to websites dedicated to him etc. Why do you?
