Arista marketing Rave to alternative radio?

I heard the comercial this morning on a Minneapolis radio station. What makes this interesting is, it was not an R&B station, nor a Pop 40/Pop 15 station.
No this was 104.1 The Point, an "alternative" radio station, plays 10,000 Maniacs/Natalie Merchant, Tori Amos, Pearl Jam, and other such artists. Not the place I would expect to hear any Prince/Artist material.
Anyway, it was a good spot, but only played snippets of TGRES. It emphasised the Nov 9 release date, and the singles avialablility at Target stores.

As a side note, a couple weeks ago, I was in a Best Buy store, and TGRES was in the Last Chance singles bin. That's when I bought it. Yesterday it was in the Number 14 singles bin.
