WMXB 103.7 (Richmond, VA) gives "1999" a dubious award

WMXB 103.7 in Richmond, VA has a contest running -- when you hear the Cheesiest Song of the Millennium, if you are the 9th caller -- you win $10,010. The song ... "1999" by Prince.



(Prince is of course not on their regular playlist.)
