Due to the many complaints we have received from the community in regards to accusations of voting tampering and to make the end result of this competition a fair one, {{{the winner of this year's NPN Laminate Contest will be decided from out of pool of the top 4 voted laminate designs. This final decision voting will be done by the 25 group leaders that make up the NPN. Each group leader will have the opportunity to cast only one vote in this secret ballot.}}}

The Winner and Second Runner up will be posted at the NPN website sometime tomorrow.
