The Artist formerly known as Prince did not have to appear as a witness in New York on Friday, where two
con-men are on trial charged with stealing over 250,000 dollars from people that believed they were investing in one of his concerts. The New York Daily News reported that prosecutors decided the Artist's testimony was not needed.
