I just bought the new copy of Oor, the leading Dutch-pop magazine and it contains a nice and funny interview with the Artist about his music and the truth. He talks for example about Mavis Staples and despite the fact that her records were good and that she has an incredible voice, radio wouldn't play it because it did not fit in its format. Apparently the Artist was strengling a pillow to show how he feels about these people.



Furthermore there is a review in the same magazine of Rave (I think that makes them the first), but the review isn't that good. Although they like the record, they only say that it is full with funk without pretentions and beautiful songs and a little bit about the geusts. I think they did the review on the basis of the listening parties.



Finally, the single TGRES has also arrived in the Free Record Shop yesterday, so I guess that that means that it can be bought in the rest of the Netherlands as well. Rave itself is in the computersystem since yesterday (I work there and I checked it everyday), which means that the releasedate of the fifth of November for the Netherlands is still on.
