KSTP-TV (Minneapolis/St. Paul) will host two network television events this April/May when ABC NEWS brings Good Morning America and World News Tonight anchor Peter Jennings to Minnesota.

On Tuesday, April 30th, Charles Gibson, Diane Sawyer, and weather forecaster Tony Perkins will say "Good Morning America!" to the nation from surprise locations in the KSTP viewing area. Charlie and Diane have asked viewers to "tell them where to go, share their favorite places and unique stories" by going to ABCNEWS.com. Details of this exceptional visit of the entire Good Morning America show will be unveiled soon.

Two weeks later Peter Jennings will moderate a special live local broadcast of Channel 5's "Ask the Media" town meeting on Wednesday, May 15th. While in the Twin Cities, Mr. Jennings will also contribute news segments from Minnesota for World News Tonight's national evening broadcasts.
