Belgian magazine Humo (http://www.humo.be/) features an interview this week with Stephen Lernout, the son of Jo Lernout (a rather famous software developer who developed a speech recognition program for PCs).

Stephen Lernout is an apprentice cook, and as part of his training he spent some time this year at Comme Chez Soi, Belgium's most exclusive restaurant (and thus rather expensive).

One of the people he served there was... Prince.
