According to Variety (http://www.variety.com/), Producer and songwriter and former drummer for Prince and the Revolution, Bobby Z has launched Zinc Records, a label based in Minneapolis. The label recently signed Tangletown. The band is fronted by Bob Dylan's nephew, Seth Zimmerman and will perform at the upcoming South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas. Z and his brother David Z co-produced the disc. Former bandmate Eric Leeds will also release an album on Zinc.
