New release uses kiss sample

{{{The Flying Deweale Brothers (who conducted an interview with Prince in 1998 and covered some Prince tunes before), also known as Soulwax (perhaps ; ) have just released a mix-cover album called 2 many dj's. It's one long jam-like album with snippets from many, many different songs (either sampled or replayed).
For about 30 seconds they sample the drum beat from Kiss and they use the break with the kisses. Although they seem to have gone through the trouble of clearing every sample on the disc, Kiss gets no mention on the cover or online (www.2manydjs.org). }}}

Online you can view the tracklist, with amongst others Sly & the family Stone and Nikka Costa (again no mention). There is a mention of a 'jamie starr scenario' at http://www.2manydjs.org/top10.htm, however I have no clue as to the meaning.

Also, they tried to include the following: 'erotic city', 'i wanna be your lover' and 'when doves cry', but they got refused. A love bizarre by Sheila E, was approved but not included.
