Caterer Lara Weinstein and Rush's Bridal owner Andy Rush can. 'Course, they also have to admit that they missed it. "We all left before he showed up," laughed Rush. "We heard he was coming but everyone had to go to work, and was too tired to stay. Actually, a few people stayed; they said it was great. I don't think I heard anybody but [Walter] Chancellor," said Rush. So, the groom missed performances by Maceo Parker, Larry Graham and Symbolina. "Maceo Parker? Was he there, too?" I remember in 97 when he was in Dallas he showed up out of no where to a couples wedding at The Mansion on Turtle Creek after his concert. Can you imagine that..... Prince and Mayte coming in and asking if he could attend the wedding. I don't think he played though.
