The Thrill Pill that goes down SMOOOTH!!!



To all you cool people,



I want to say first that if you missed the Mlps. jam I'm really sorry,and if you were there you will never be the same,and here it goes:



I was sooooo lucky to be where I was,I rode in back stage with the bandmembers of THE TIME and we got there about 5pm and unloaded the funky boys.My life time goal in life(in music) was to meet Prince,I've been friendly with members of the Time but that could not prepare me for what happen to me. About 20 min. before tha Time gig a long white limo roll in and up pops The Man and Mayte the go straight to a moterhome where Morris was chillin' with Prince' adopting mother(at the time I did not know who she was untill later) well I think thats all of that right,nooo, I was standing beside the corner of the stage waiting for the show, sure enough to my BIG suprise Prince comes and stands 12inches away from me waiting to see the show 2 w/Mayte. Hwas wearing a pair if red pants with a redish muscle T-shirt with a scarf on his big head. At this point I stayed cool because his bald headed bodygaurd was behing of both of us. One of the Time members came and huged both of them and turned around and said "do ya know my boy Jeff" the man half turned to me and with a small smile and said "hi,cool green" and turned back--well that was all I needed I could have died happy!! The show started and the Time was kicking and the lead string Tory was in RARE form and Morris was as well,I was also lucky agian because I was asked to come on stage w/10 other people to do The Bird,now i've seen these guys live 30 + in the last 3 years and done those steps for year and I was clocking the moves right beside Tory(was I was the only white-boy on stage beside Monte wih a lime green jacket and black baggys w/blk and white Stacy Adams) the crown died that there was a white Time members(just honorary).The songs have been told allready so i'm not writing them agian!



After the show 5 of us went thru thru the crowded streets to Prince' stage and was able to go up to the raised stage to the right to see Prince. At that time my head was soaring and all I can say the Prince was "AWSOME",but it did not equal the fact that Prince said 3 words to me "UNREAL".After the Prince I went, agian, blessed,backstage and to an undisclosed placed with some bigwiggs and I was staying at the Crown Plaza with The Time and the five of us come back to the rooms about 4:30 but not before my heart all most stopped 17 times within the night. It was a Once Of A Lifetime deal.Thanks to Morris, Jerome,Tory,and yes MARTY&"T" thanks to all!!!!!
