Does anyone know anything about this track? I know it was on one of the audio shows and I have a 3min 49sec complete version. When was it recorded and does anyone know what involvement Prince had on it?

Maybe someone also knows, when is Kips CD gonna come out?

At the aftershow on Friday night, Kip said that Prince wrote the song for him.

I liked it, but of course when you are waiting for Prince to come on everybody starts to get on your nerves after a while. I thought the voals were good and the band was energetic. Compared to the opening band from the previous night, his band was really good. The only complaint that I have (besides that he wasn't Prince and the set was a touch too long) was that some of his original songs were kind of depressing. They seemed to be about his estrangement from his 7 year old daughter. Maybe nobody else listened to or cared about the lyrics, but I thought it was pretty sad and kind of a downer given the nature of the event. But overall I thought they did a good job. (I also think he's kinda cute-so that was a plus. ).
