The Leno site says that they will play "The Bird". I cant believe they couldnt premiere a new tune. HOw many times have they played this old classic on TV. This will be the first time many people have seen them since Sat Night Live 14 years ago; some may not have seen them on screen since Purple Rain! They are going to look like they are stuck in a time warp if they resurface with the same old song. Maybe they have brought some new arrangement or stage routine to make it not look like 1984 so much.

anyone know the track listing on the new time album?

Sorry but I think something is wrong here. Leno never said it was the Time. It was Morris Day! What the FUCK? Hello???? I thought the Time was to have a new album out soon? Or is it now a Morris Day album? Whatever! And there is a new album coming out so lets do a 20 year old song! Really confident in the new material I see!

I think Morris and Jerome falling down WAS part of the act. I saw them at Hollywood park about a month ago and they did the same thing pretty much. Who knows maybe they are just 2 old now and can't pull their moves anymore They needed to play some new songs. when will they get out of the past!

I love the Time and I have seen them live since there first tour opening on the Controversy Tour. I must have seen them over 20 times in my life and that isnt counting TV and video performances. THat was easily the weakest performance I have seen from them. They seemed tired and old for the first time. I didnt get that same excitement that I usually get from seeing Morris onstage.

Oh well, I am getting tired and old as well and everyone cant defy time like Prince does.
