I don't know exactly what ethnic group she's a part of, but IMO she looks East Indian. However, her last name sounds Italian, but I also read somewhere that she had kin from the West Indies, so that would explain looking Indian. A lot of East Indians migrated to the West Indies and of course, some of them married or mated with the indigenous people of the islands. She might have had a Jamaican mother and an East Indian father, or vice versa or whatever.

However, it really doesn't matter what she is. I think she's a very attractive young woman. I just wonder if Prince will be content with her and stay with her. I've heard and read all the fodder about her breaking up his first marriage, and dallying around with him before his divorce from Mayte. Well, if that is true...all I will say is this:

The ONLY thing that seems Italian about Mani is her last name. physically, she looks like she's either of north african hertitage or she's just a light-skinned black/biracial person.

actually i am italian too and some can look black and are black that still doesn't take away the italian.

number two being egyptian doesn't make you white either. they can and mostly are black.

i am not trying to make anyone mad. but i don't get the remark about her just "being black and why eveyone wants to make her otherwise."

i dont think anyone is making her otherwise. and she really doesn't look just black. her mom whom i have seen looks egyptian and again that still doesn't say she looks white.

Testolini is an italian name and no that wouldn't automatically make her italian but it does usually mean that somewhere in the family someone is. now who is to say that person is not dark skin dark hair etc. or otherwise. if your cicillian that you may be more black looking.

I still think she's middle eastern... don't know if i want to say indian or arabian or what..... but i also think cinnamon girl is about her, and the words fit perfectly to her if she is.

If this is true, that is too bad. I have coworkers who are from that region, those post 9/11 days were pretty lonely for them, and they didn't do a thing.
