about the make-up thing: mayte was very young when she met prince and so he probably had a lot to say about her appearance, especially because she joined the npg, so he could have a say in her clothing & makeup-choices. I mean lets face it, his taste in clothing (AND MAKEUP!) has been a litle questionable over the years. I mean the guy wears make up (men just shouldn't do that - there's no ff way that a guy can ever get away with wearing makeup - unless you're prince off course)
mani, on the other hand, is (somewhat) older, and probably has developed her own taste in make-up and clothing (!) before she met prince. | |

This is so dumb. Prince and Mani are together and there nothing else to say. Mayte is history and I don't get why people still choose to talk like there is something still there. For whatever reason it didn't work out for them,they parted and moved on. I think its time everyone else did the same thing. You can either be happy for Prince now or continue to waste time writing posts about what could have or should have been in your own mind because Prince went down the path he wanted to already. I am happy for him and I hope this last forever. I wish that for any couple why would any want anything else. As for Mayte she has a site that everyone know about if you feel a need to talk about her go post there this is prince.org and Mayte is longer a part of this. She does her own thing now and best of luck to her | |

It's cool to see those pictures, they make a really nice couple. I'm happy to see them together. TRUE! Better to see Prince with so a nice woman married, as to know him free, and can not have him! So I know. And I see, his a very busy man.

Today is the first time I've seen pix of Prince's new wife. Hell, I didn't even know her name; moreover, I didn't care (still don't). I personally don't give a damn what Prince does in his personal life unless it interferes with the quality of his music. Unfortunately, a few things have in the past few years in my opinion, but I'll leave that alone. If he started a relationship with the new bride while still married to the old one, then that's foul. (I found his marrying her V Day to have been distasteful.) There's no one to blame but himself. A conniving woman would not hinder your morals if you had any to begin with (and had the strength of character to back it up) no matter how emotionally misguided you are. I've been there... lived to tell the tell... morals in tact.
I'm not going to say if I think Mani is attractive or as attractive as Mayte. The subject is moot anyway. I'm not screwin' her or him for that matter. I will say what I thought the about Mayte the first time I saw her and what I think of the new one now... "Just a pale imatation of Vanity." Almost all the women he's dated since Denise, resemble her. Some had obvious surgery (nose jobs, etc) and came out looking more like her. Denise is single again. He shoulda called her. "If God meant to put Prince on my phone. He'd be on my phone," is what I think she said about him. Then again she might be too old for him now. Perhaps if he went back to dating/marrying closer to his age, he'd have healthier relationships. No matter what, Prince is a celebrity.
