Dr. Fink in the Bay Area, May 22 DR. FINK will be appearing at the Red Devil Lounge in San Francisco on Saturday May 22nd, with San Francisco-based artist PC MUNOZ AND THE AMEN CORNER, celebrating the group's new release, "california".
"california" features Dr. Fink on the creepy goth-funk jam "deathbed", Jackson Browne on the title track, and loads of other surprises. It will be available nationwide on May 25th (advance copies available at the CD Release Party). My good friend and very talented Drummer William Woodley plays on PC's CD. I'm planning on checking out the show even though Will is not currently in the band.... he's in mine! I'm curious to hear the music with Dr. Fink and Jackson Brown. Will played me the last CD, which had some cool tracks on it, definitely some Prince influence on that one. Peace, Marzuki Grinage
