Is it just me or does anyone else agree that Mani is so boring!!!!
She's just not as exciting as Mayte was, nor as good looking, im
not excited when i see her and Prince together. She looks like his
older sister or something!!! Shes not trendy either, I think shes
so conservative and shes rubbing off on Prince, making him wear
boring old clothes, I say bring back Mayte!!!! I'd bet every penny
i own that Prince still has feelings for her.

I don't at all agree with the way Mani helped to break up a marriage, but I do admire her for setting a goal for herself and making her dreams come true. If you think about it, what Mani did is extraordinary.

What you have is a woman who is average. On some days she looks pretty and on other days she doesn't. This average woman was able to take a superstar away from his very glamorous and beautiful dancer wife. Mani went from being a fan, to employee, to girlfriend, and then wife. Not only did Mani accomplish that, but he loves her so much that he bought a $5 million mansion not in his hometown but in HER hometown.

Mani succeeded where so many other women tried and failed. You have to give her props for that....

Mani's best features are her smile and her hair. The rest of her is boring. Skinny, shapeless legs, flat chest...the girl has no body whatsover.

She never should have cut off the long, wavy hair. The shorter hair makes her look matronly, like she's Prince's Auntie Mani.

I understand what you're saying. It is very true that Mani did present herself as Prince's wife at a time when he was still married to Mayte. I remember reading posts from someone on alt.music.prince who said he was shocked to see Mani at one of the Paisley Park Friday nite parties dressed in one of Mayte's outfits.

People have also said that Prince gave Mani gifts of jewelry, and Mani would wear the jewelry in front of Mayte, flaunting it.

I guess the bottom line is that Prince and Mayte were having problems with their marriage, and Mani was there and took full advantage of that situation.
