hey La Coyta, do you know where I can get a copy of Romance 1600 cd. I went to ebay and people beat me to it!! well, that and i have been only to find it in record format ..... and where am I going to find a record player for my car and house? are record players even around still??? j.k!!!

Yes she is Latina, being of Mexican descent on her father's side (her dad is the great Latin percussionist Peter Escovedo). I know I've read that her mother's side is "mixed" (as Mariah would say), possibly African American and Cajun but I am not exactly sure.
