oh god! no one recognized "the glamorous life!" on VH-1 DIVAS..at the finale, Sheila E. came out and sang GLAMOROUS LIFE AND she said "Sing it!" to the audience and noone sang back. Isn't that weird??? This was a BIG song in the 80s...is the DIVAS audience THAT YOUNG? urgh...that urked me. Let the rain come down...17 days....

I know! It was sad
another thing that was sad was tom jones singing "kiss" "What if I called you silly names, just like the ones that you call me"

First of all, Sheila ROCKED as usual!!!!
I'm glad she did a solo! Regarding noone knowing the words... Sheila always does that"sing it" thing when she perofrms TGL.....ever since 1985..... I don't think the audience was mic'd so that even if they all did sing we would not have heard 'em. Anyway, glad Sheila got the national coverage and recognition she deseves!

she only did one song?? I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

It's like when Prince shouts "THANK YA!!!" in the middle of a song...I think it's some kind of involuntary hiccup (I won't bring up the dreaded Tourette's theory, ha ha ha)....

Did the crowd REALLY not know the words or could we just not hear the crowd singing? That stuff is hard to hear sometimes
