No...they say in the commercial that SHE is performing, not performing with someone else. (With performances by...) And why would Prince be there? Wishful thinking...

I was right.Sheila is performing with Cyndi Lauper.I got this from Sheila's official site...
04/03/04 - Divas 2004 Sheila E. will be performing as special guest with Cyndi Lauper on the 7th Annual VH1 Divas. The benefit concert for the VH1 Save the Music Foundation featuring Patti LaBelle, Jessica Simpson, Ashanti, Gladys Knight, Debbie Harry of Blondie, amongst others will be broadcast live from the MGM, Las Vegas on April 18, 2004 at 9 pm ET/PT.
