Male voice on "What Time Is It"

On the Time's 2nd album, "What Time Is It?".... there is often a male voice that sounds very "white" or "suburban"....

For example, on "The Walk", you hear someone saying "The days of dancing in one place are gone"..... it's this voice I'm talking about.

Right after, Morris says in his "Morris" voice "and you know you can't dance with them tight jeans on".

Later you hear the suburban one again.... "Company fall in line!".

Is Morris doing both voiees? The 'suburban' one sounds like Jimmy Jam, although Prince's (and maybe Morris') natural voice kinda sounds that way too. The whole "yeeeee-sssss, Bay-bee" voice is an act, but just wondering if Morris is doing all of that stuff.

suburban = Morris

Morris voice = Prince (listen to "Tricky" and you will hear Prince doing the same voice throughout the record)

I know that Prince does a "Morris" type voice on Tricky and even on Vanity 6's "If A Girl Answers".... but I'm pretty damn sure the "Maww-iss" voice on the Walk is actually Morris. Prince's voice (who he sayhs is "Jaime Starr) is a bit more "congestged" sounding...like an older man.

Ahahaha, I used to work with a dude who always used this voice whenever he was repeating what a white guy said.

Between him and "The Walk", and if I may, I'd like to use one of my "White guy" vouchers to give this voice the seal of approval for "Whitest Sounding Voice Ever".
