Vanity did have "a job" done.Check the Vanity 6 Nasty Girl video or like someone else mentioned Pretty Mess. She was "enhanced" sometime in between Wild Animal and Skin on Skin. Because she was featuring those "titties" all over the place for the promo posters for Skin on Skin. Also she did Playboy in '88 (I think it was). That was a hot pictorial.

I just found a photo of her signing a Vanity 6 12" single (I'm assuming, as the cover was a bit different to the Vanity 6 album) and she is wearing a bustier and it's very tight, but even with little up top, it pushed up enough to give her a fair bit of cleavage, even way back then.
