Cat Catwoman

I'd like to buy Cat Catwoman. But don't want to spend much more than $10 on it, Can someone help?
If it doesn't fit, it's ugly anyway.

WHAT? omg Tell me in which etablissement she's working... but isn't $10 too cheap? I mean, ok, it's Cat, but only 10 bucks... nah, that's really VERY low. The price and where she got.

There is no album; just a single. Do the research before you start to state what price to pay if you are a serious collector.

In 1988,when Cat was still in Prince's band, she started work on an album in which Prince was producing.Songs recorded for this project include "A Man Named Jesus","Cat and Mouse" and "December 1,1987",a very persoanl song that Cat wrote herself. The album was never completed, and Cat left the Prince camp in early 1989.

She then started work on a solo album (no Prince involvement) that was to be titled 'I Am Energy'.The album never materialized but by late 1989,a single "CatWoman" was released.I remember seeing the 12" in a record store but I didn't buy it.The song flopped which is probably why the album was never completed.

I don't know if Cat ever released an album, but I doubt it.Like most Prince proteges, she has had a very difficult time establishing herself as an artist in her own right.

The 12" of Cat Woman is great - there's so much happening on this track, I just love it. I even managed to catch the video for it too!

I remember being really disappointed when i found out there would be no album. From what I could tell, it was a pretty much a completed project.

It's kind of a mix between shouting and rapping but all very hectic. There's a lot of sampling on the track which was pretty good at the time.

I seem to remember she has a dig at "BBC Radio 2" during the song. I always thought that bit was quite amusing.

At the time of recording the album Cat was more or less living in london because Tim Simenon (bomb the bass) was producing it, i think the video was also filmed here and she made a few t.v appearances at the time of the 12's release, one of the appearances was on C4's 'jukebox jury'
