I'm so excited for this. Not just because of the Prince guest spot but because she had an incredible first album. Stipped down...I can't wait! 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

I like the story of how the collaboration occurred. "Send me a poem"
How many other artists can do something like that... take someone elses words and turn them into a complete song? "You've got to believe in something... why not believe in me?"

This should be great! Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

You mean I have to get some Nikka Costa crap now because Prince is on it? I have to do it. I did it with that No Doubt record under protest. I did it gladly with the Kate Bush collaboration on "Why Should I Love You?" I got enough screaming Janis Joplin rip off on the Aladdin DVD

uh oh.
Nikka better watch out, before "he" waters down her music & has her going door-to-door offering "The Watchtower".. I really like the album Everybody Got Their Something, it's the CLOSEST thing to Eroica that I've heard since that album came out about 14 years ago (DAMN, has it been THAT LONG???) yeah, NIKKA WOULD DO WELL to LIMIT her interactions with that (in every sense of the word) little man. I'll see you tonight..
