I have revised New Power Soul & Rave un2 the Joy Fantastic, and what a surprise!!!
In the acknowledgements, apart from Mayte and more, it appears "someone" called "Manuella T" (New Power Soul), and more explicit, "Manuela Testolini" (Rave).

Which role did she have in Prince's life before marriage? When did she start to work to Prince?

she was a part of the Graham's successful plan to make P fall definitively into jw's sect - imo.

She was a Paisley Park employee (from what I understand, his assistant).

Not sure what you mean by "When did she start to work to Prince?" If you mean 'work FOR', I'm thinking it was around 97 or 98, but I may be mistaken.

Him and Manuella met online, she was selling shirts at his shows and helping run the music club and such.

To marry a fan, there has to be 1 of 2 scenarios at play:

1) She is a crazed fanatic who is very good at playing games, and Prince fell for the games she plays.

2) They genuinely fell in love despite their cliched meeting circumstances.

I'd like to think #2.

It's only natural to be curious about your favourite celebrity's personal life. Celebrities are interested in the lives of other celebrities. It's harmless. 'prying' would be going round to Prince's house, kicking the door in, or peeping through a crack in his window. However, inquiring, and taking an interest in, the woman in Prince's life, is harmless and doesn't making one 'immature' or 'crazy'.

I agree with you, Vampirella. I told about it: it's normal that if, for instance, Prince writes a song about Manuela (She loves me for me), and in that song tells us about his relationship, we are interested about who is that person.
Other thing is to say that you are ONLY interested about other people's lives. This is not the case.
I love Prince music, I'm mainly interested about his work, I want to know more about lyrics, music, techniques..., but there are some aspects of his life I need to know to understand why he has written that or not (for example, Crystal Ball or the whole Black Album has sense if we know about Prince's doubts and problemas in that period).

Amen, Javier..for example, had we not known that Mayte inspired most of Prince's TAFKAP records, they may not have meant so much to me..and there's nothing wrong with asking harmless questions, like for a photo, for example. I didn't ask what brand of condoms Prince and Manuela use. None of us here are from an unscrupulous tabloid newspaper, I presume..so I don't see the harm in being curious.
