Hey guys..

I was wondering if anyone with VIP seats would be interested in maybe meeting up before the show and having like a pre-concert dinner or something ? I think it could be really fun for all of us to hangout together beforehand and get pumped up for the show. Let me know if anyone's interested..

I'm in LA as well.(Pasadena) Perhaps we should also consider something for Friday night when a lot of out of town people might be arriving? Other than that I think it would be great to get together Saturday afternoon, until us "VIP's" have to get to the pre-show...whenever they tell us that is.

I'm assuming most out-of-towners that are staying in hotels will be around LAX? So we need to think of places that won't require driving all over the place. Beverly Hills? Santa Monica? I know there are hundreds of restaurants/bars but I'm kind of a homebody so I can't recommend too many places other than what I've heard.

I don't really know anyone that's going except for a few friends I've made on NPGMC and it will be my first time meeting them. So, I'm "solo" too.

I guess it's up to us Cali folks to be good host/esses! Let's get it together!

A meet and greet event will take place both Friday and Sunday.

Trying to decide on weather to have it close to the venue or LAX. Also, you never know...something might happen next Friday night. Might...but I would count on a cool meet and greet Friday night and a brunch Sunday.

Meet & Greet Reception: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Showtime: 7:30 pm

Your ticket(s) and credentials will be available at VIP Check-In, day of show at the Forum Club entrance. Please have a valid drivers license, or two forms of ID (one with picture) when checking in day of show. Please, BRING A COPY OF YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER WITH YOU.


VIP Pre-Sale tickets do not include travel to or from venue, airport or lodging. Purchaser agrees to hold LABF and all its associates blameless, and not responsible for losses incurred due to any action in the attempted attendance of concert, act of God, personal, professional, or technical failures, etc. These packages are provided by a non-profit organization for fundraising purposes only. No refunds or unauthorized transfers allowed. No exceptions.

No cameras will be allowed. However, an official foundation photographer will be in attendance at the reception to take photos of the participants with the artists. Your photo will be received via email.
