I heard Apollonia released an excercise video in the late 80's/early 90's It was called Go For It! And I can't even find a pic of it. Can someone help?

Before now I had never heard of any exercise video by Apollonia so I looked on IMDB.com and the Apollonia/Patty Kotero listing had no info on her ever having done one. Upon searching a couple places for any video called "Go for It!" all that came up was a 1983 teen movie which she was not in, and another video by that name about Evangelism.

However, upon further searching I found two sites that mention the exercise video:
