I will say that I find it amusing that Mani was an a.m.p. poster and lurker, was obviously a major Prince fanatic and collector, AND she belonged to NPNY yet she "loves Prince for himself". It's not like she was merely a casual fan who met him..she was hardcore.

I've said it before.. her being a big fan was a benefit to all of us. It was after she arrived that we got Crystal Ball, One Nite Alone, Live albums, Live DVDs etc. My feeling is that she made it completely clear to him that there were tonnes of us who were interested in all of this. Also, Prince finally went back into his catalogue to perform old album tracks.

I love it!

It's all a big purple joke. Mani and Mayte are cousins. Mani is the same age as mayte. Mani,Carmen,Mayte all auditioned to dance at the glam slam clubs in 1991. But all had met P prior to this and where picked by Gilbert Davidson. Remember him?
