Well "True Spin" didn't feature 1999 with Lisa an Jill as promised.

However, True Spin did feature "Le Freak" by Chic, and they kept mixing video footage of the original line up with a more recent live performance which looked like it included Jill!

I'm going by the picture on Jill's site which shows her featured as a singer for Chic live. The clip on VH1 seemed to match although they did keep cutting away quickly.

So where can one view the full Chic video with Jill on it? What was it for?
