I know W&L did a theme song for some NBC show (Crossing Jordan maybe??)... but what I'm really wondering about is this:

At the end of "Just Shoot Me", over the closing credits they play a song that goes something like "Life Keeps bringing me back to you".

The music and vocals totally sound like them... esp the singer who sounds like Wendy. Is that them???

BTW I only see "Just Shoot Me" in syndication so I don't know if they still use that theme in the current shows.

nope...that's not wendy and lisa...but it does sound similar to their "Where The Day Takes You" from the Crew...


but then both songs are very "friends" theme-like...


The Crossing Jordan theme is available via a new CD of collections from the Crossing Jordan album..Most suprising is the great vocals by the star of the show...

overall I would strongly recommend this disc..Not really for W&L who only contribute a collage of themes from the show but for T BONES BURNETT who is a great master of production of compellations (see: O Brother, Where Art Thou?)...this album just rocks!!!
