Jerome's record deal?????

Recently I heard (can't remember where) that back in '88 or so Jerome had a record contract with A&M Records. Of course nothing ever came of it. Did Jerome actually sing??? I mean, he's a good dancer, can play some percussion, and can hold a mirror like nobody's buisness, but singing??? I just can't imagine that. Does anyone have anymore information on this?

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

I have heard that also, but I don't know if it is true. Jerome showed up in one of Herb Alpert's video (the 'A'of "A&M"), maybe that is the whole deal

yep, I think that was the only one he did back-up on for that album (I'll have to check my album later) but that was just basicly hollering and/or yelling (which he does a fine job at) but I still have never heard him sing. It's hard for me to imagine him doing that, I don't know why, but it is.

I think a slow jam version of "YOUNT" would be good for his career.
Prince may be the purple Yoda, but Wendy & Lisa and Eric Leeds also sit on the Jedi Council.

I actually have a interview with him and Donny Simpson where he says, his album was going to be kinda like a comedy type thing, I guess in terms of "acting a fool" like sometimes the Jerome "character" and Morris Day "character" would put on. I'm not sure how it would have worked but he said it would be a comedic oriented deal and maybe they were going to add some music to it or something. I don't know but one of my favorite parts about the song "The Walk" is at the end when Morris does the talking segement and Prince is posing as the waiter in the restaraunt. LOL!!! Maybe Jerome meant that type of thing, I'm not sure.
I am convinced Beyonce's career would not be where it is, if she had dark skin.

The first Time album. Or maybe it's on the second...
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.
