We are deeply saddened by the events that have led to the tragic loss of life brought on by the invasion of ICE in our hometown. We stand strong in solidarity with our Minneapolis community. Our prayers are lifted for justice, peace, and the protection of every life.

We are angered by the lack of respect and the disregard for humanity being shown as ICE continues to invade our community.

When any individual, agency, or government operates without accountability, the only outcome is chaos.

Respect respects respect.

If you want it, you must give it.

What you want for yourself and your family, you must want for everyone else and their families; otherwise, you do not deserve it.

There is no safe space in this.

We either stand together or fall apart.

No one deserves this. No one is exempt.

If we do not pay attention and fight for humanity for all, this injustice will touch and consume us all.
