Phase3	Any fans of "Curious Blue"? This is probably one of the first unreleased protege tracks I discovered. I love the vocals on the songs and the music.There is just something about this song that pulls me in.I always wonder if Prince recorded his own version Any of you dig this song?

YES YES YES!!!!
I First heard this song on May 6, 1990 when Prince did a One Off gig at the the Civic Center in St.Paul as an additional benifit for Chick Huntsberry. For $10!!!!
I was 15 years old and my first Prince concert.
MC Flash (Margie Cox) was the opening act.

I HAD no idea at the time and didn't catch the introduction for the band and at the time assumed it was Rosie Gaines.
But the ONE song that absolutely caught my attention and stayed in my memory was the song about "I Wanna be a Bitch" - Years later I heard the "Curious Blue" song and was like..YES this is THAT song!! So happy it found it way to us wink

wilmer	I dig this song with a big-ass shovel. One of the most vocally gifted proteges Prince ever worked with. I also dig Standing At The Altar and Warden. It's a bummer that none of their work made into a album proper.
