Another Question Re: Morris Day Unsung Ricky "Freeze" Smith- been with the band for almost 30 yrs. * Does anyone know his backstory? Specifically, is he another one, like A. O'Neal and Sonny T. from the NPG, that had been on the Minneapolis scene from back in the day but took an unusually long time to get put on the scene? I'm curious as, in watching Morris' Unsung, he seemed to know a lot about the early pre-Time days even though he wasn't in the line up.
