Wikipedia states they dated from 01-02 which was around the time of one of MJs accusations. Wade is someone who made accusations against MJ (I don’t know when he came public). Was she aware of this when they dated? & if so has Mayte spoke about her thoughts on MJ or the allegations.

As stated above I asked if he’d been one of Prince’s dancers. I thought I remember a blond guy who looked a lot like Wade in some mid - late 90s live videos like Endorphin Machine. But that couldn’t be because he was born in 82. Who was that blond guy in all the Prince videos?

who cares? I remember reading a tweet of hers in 2013? when he first mentioned the abuse and she said she's proud of him because coming forward with these allegations isn't easy, especially as a man. She was abused herself and I think she felt with him. She was then confrontet by MJ stans on twitter, saying awful shit like: That's why your son died." They bullied her until she gave in and said she never stated that She believed those allegations, just that she's proud of a potential victim of abuse coming forward.

As for wade being in a prince video, I'm pretty sure we would've heard of that by now. So I doubt that.
