The finished version (not rough cut) is out there. The more widely-circulating rough cut is just missing SFX, background music, and scrolling credits; no additional footage was added. Length is shorter, but at the expense of the black Happy Birthday Mr. Christian credits outro (it's cut down to less than a minute; basically they decided which segment to use for credits reel).

Of note, Manic Monday is briefly featured (and credited), which makes me suspect Happy Birthday Mr. Christian didn't actually replace Manic Monday on the A6 LP (I always thought it odd that a 7+ minute song replaced a sub-3, anyway) so much as the 12" Mix Duane noted on pp374-375 of his 2nd edition may have been so favored by Prince that he made it the LP version over an original, shorter length, bumped Manic Monday and edited-down Sex Shooter from its original 6:41 "Long Version" length to accommodate Happy Birthday Mr. Christian in all its 7:03-minute funky glory.


Other interesting notes: film "dirt" is exactly the same, this was an intentional visual effect. Video "tracking" during Blue Limousine remains, but audio not distorted; this may also have been an intentional effect.
