Not yet.
Also the book was put our by Big Chick's (allegedly racist) heirs who got into a dispute with Prince over a house he owned that he was letting them live in.

The title of the book is "White Slave". It could mean he was a slave to coke, and/or a slave to Prince.

Allegedly racist? Have you seen his son's facebook page? I'm sorry but the Dude totally looks like he's going to join the next possible KKK rally.

Did you get to read the book? I thinks it's on par with Kim Berry's book. It's badly written, gossip and I doubt his credibility. There's one story in particular that seems so unbelievable. And not because I'm a prince fan, but because I've never heard anything similar from others. I'd love to ask Morris Day about that one specific "incident". I don't know how good he knows Lisa.....but maybe he could provide some insight. I don't trust Chicks words, because he sold a story back then when he was coked out. It's his own fault that he's not credible after that.
It also seemed like, in the middle of the book, that he blamed Prince for his addiction even tho we knew (If you read the book), that he started way before he even met Prince. It was like "Oh man Prince's lifestyle was so fast paced, that I really only could take it when I was high on coke". Like, take some responsibility for your own actions.
I'm tired of people complaining about Prince's work ethic, they act like he kept 'em captive and they had no other choice. But no one forced them to work for Prince. If it was too much to handle, leave. No money in the world is worth it if you think it's too much for you.
That's the two main complaints I have about this book.

. to be fair, very few people had Prince's stamina and endurance. I can imagine that being on call 24/7 and severely sleep deprived, you'd be more likely to reach back for drugs that make you go on longer. . Still, as you said, it was his own decision. I'm just saying that I can understand it, because there is no way I could hang with Prince for very long, I simply need my sleep. I have trouble enough with my two young daughters that I only have with me half the time. (not having done coke ever, I don't even have that to reach back to!)
