Didn't see another thread about this. She's barely recognizable but seemed so familiar...I had no idea she's been acting and getting parts, I'm pretty sure I've seen her in things and didn't make the connection. Reminds me a little bit of Zoe Kravitz in High Fidelty with this part, in a way. She's a lead part in this. I think it's safe to say she's a much better actor than musician, and incredibly talented.

Looks like a great new show. Nice to see young success for Andy. Seems she's a natural actress. Prince sure could spot em, love them and teach them well.

I never kept up w/ her very much, so I honestly couldn't spot her in a lineup.

I happened to notice her name on the episodes. (We were 4 episodes in, lol.)

She is a good actress. The show is fun. People's conscience are uploaded to a digital world when they die. Allo plays an "angel," a help in real life that can guide the dead person (aka "an upload") through their new after life. There's a comedic edge to it, but something sinister is adrift, too. Episodes are about 30 minutes each, so it's a good afternoon watch.

Kudos to Allo for expanding her career. This is a good show, and she fits well into it.

I'd also recommend Tales from the Loop on Prime. It's fucking amazing.

I seen the commercial and thought it looked like her, was going to look it up but hadn't gotten around to it yet.

My eyes spend so much time glued to the computer that I rarely make it over to the TV.

Have only checked out a handful of shows in recent years, and so glad this is one of them. It's really fun to watch, and Andy's character is my favorite.

Wouldn't be surprised if my son makes an inadvertent purple connection one of these days. Love that we so often bump into links to the purple world. They really are all around.

I just watched Upload and I am hooked! I finished all 10 episodes of Season 1 in two days. I'm looking forward to Season 2, but due to COVID-19, it could be quite a long wait until filming resumes. I'm very happy for Andy.

Yes he is "extremely funny". He is actually my favorite comedian right now! Even though he almost ran me over at Paramount Studios in his golf cart while he was working on "White Famous" lol.

Jay hasn't stopped working since that show was cancelled he's going to be the next big thing.

I knew they were friends, and there was speculation about the nature of their relationship, but I don't ever recall any confirmation that they were dating.
