Sounds fantastic. I hope they host it at Paisley Park. It would be a thrilling event for fans old and new.

Ain't gonna happen! In the last Prince Podcast Cat said she'll never set a foot inside Paisley Park again.

Did she hint that it would be at Paisley Park?

I think it would be cool. She and Sheila E are never going to be on good terms I think... They should call up Atlanta Bliss, his trumpet I favored over Leeds sax on the shows . If I was able to do a SOTT Symposium, I would get those more involved in the background of the recording and those who ended up in the touring of the album A bridge of Dream Factory + Sign o the Times . I also wish the Black album would finally get some more indepth discussion

No, she didn't. I was responding 2 VaultCurator and littlemissG, but I guess I should've used the quote option.

I agree. Shortly after Prince died, Sheila E post a crop picture on her social media of her and Prince only and Cat was in that picture originally. I didn't know whether to laugh or felt sad.
There is definately some bad blood between those two.

Sheila E being in Prince's band was probably not a good idea in the long run. Maybe if she joined the Revolution as percussionist, but once that 'family affair' energy left 1986, I think Sheila thought she had Prince all to herself. She and Susannah seemed to be cordial prior to. Susannah would have been in the band if she didn't leave. Sheila E was no longer center stage with Prince when she guested, and Cat took her place. We saw her more during SOTT, but Lovesexy rarely.
