Is Rosie Gaines still living in Minneapolis?

Anybody know? Didn't she do some Solo Album or Albums?

I know she is from the Bay Area, (Antioch) but I do not know if she returned home.

Last I heard she was in the Bay Area and was homeless. I THINK that PRN Alumni got a fundraiser up for her to help her get back on her feet. If I remember right they were selling some Rosie Gaines T-Shirts, which were pretty cool looking.


I've always liked Rosie.

Yeah, I found a article about that being homeless for awhile; can't believe that for a person that played with P. But seem like the fundraiser went very well for her. Anybody got any more news on her? Is she playing again? Because I like it when she was with the NPG.... cool biggrin

I am hoping the fund-raiser went well too. I think she has diabetes with poor circulation in her leg(s). She has a beautiful, soulful, gospel voice.
