Toofunkyinhere	Jill Jones, The Family albums Does anyone know if the "extended" versions of these albums are official or bootleg? They both come in paper/cardboard slipcases.the Jill Jones album comes with various b-sides and remixes at the end of the album, while the Family album has a "Screms of Passion" extended version We're here, might as well get into it.

Yeah was referring to these actual albums, that are on cd, theres no record of them on discogs or anything, anyone know?

Both are unofficial and bootlegs. They sound ok though. The official extended versions or B-sides for both The Family and Jill Jones were only released on vinyl.

Thanks, do they sound as good as the officially released discs?, also do you know if bootleg discs are manufactured as well as the real deal? I have copies myself that I picked up years ago that look like the original Jill Jones and The Family Cd’s and they sounded great. I would assume they are the same source as my included the extended versions and b-side.

SoulAlive	It's such a shame that these two CDs have been out of print for so many years fans have no choice but to buy unauthorized copies.

Y'all should hear the extended and unreleased "High Fashion". Yes, it's real, and yes I have it. It clocks around 6:32, and an extended Family Album would be a great place to finally release it. It also has the bass in it, too.

I snagged a copy of Jill Jones' first CD for $20 a few weeks ago. It's the orignal German pressing and it is not a bootleg.
