1. What does he say at the beginning of the song? Sort of the monologue part.

2. What does he say before "I've just got to let you know?" Sounds like "Poor Mr. ........I've just got to let you know." Then he repeats it and says "Poor Mr(or whatever)....... I've got to hold, ya."

If U have it on Vinyl, spin the Intro & Pre-Chorus BACKWARDS & THERE lies Ur Answer!!

I happen to have this on vinyl and I've literally just given it a spin.

This was what I could make out from the intro:

"Let me tell ya, this girl's so fine... HIT ME!"

Regarding that second part: "I've got 2 let U know."

That's all it is, just spun backwards.
