Wendy is in the white suit on Bonnie Raitt's right - she has longer hair, and Lisa is on keyboards to the far right of the stage. The camera cuts to a quick closeup of her in the middle of the song. Yep, they're all there. W&L wouldn't post a link saying they were in it, and weren't, obviously. The camera work is shitty at best on the video, but you can see all the folks in it.

Yep, they're all there. W&L wouldn't post a link saying they were in it, and weren't, obviously. The camera work is shitty at best on the video, but you can see all the folks in it.

I'm just conversin', not calling you out or anything. kd lang seems so out of sight out of mine lately. It's such a good time for her to make a huge comeback in the public-mainstream sense. If audiences love music by beautiful voices like Adele, kd lang certainly has a new audience waiting for her.

Yes, when she was interviewed about the song and album she said it was inspired by someone she wanted to be with but couldn't because the girl was in a committed relationship. There are pics online of KD and Wendy attending Madonna's film premiere party back in 92/93 time period.

No, they went to Madonna's Truth Or Dare (I think that was the name)- the docu-film covering her concert tour and some personal stuff. It was quite the media spectacle back then because it was very sexually explicit, of course

They really did look nearly identical back then. I thought it was Susannah at first.

Definitely Wendy. But it's interesting they were photographed together. Susannah would later co-write Madonna's "Candy Perfume Girl" for Ray of Light (1998).
